Meyer & Felsen was established on March 1, 2008. It is the successor law firm to Goldman & Kagon Law Corporation, which was established over 70 years ago.  Charles Meyer and Barry Felsen partnered at Goldman & Kagon for 32 and 28 years, respectively.

     Meyer & Felsen's mission is to combine the quality of work and breadth of practice typical of a larger transactional firm with the efficiency, personal attention and competitive billing rates of a small firm.

     Both Charles Meyer and Barry Felsen have earned the prestigious "AV" rating (highest possible rating) from the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory, and are listed in the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers.
